Starting from zero

If you want to learn to swim, but have zero confidence in your abilities yet – we strongly recommend a licensed, professional trainer or an established swimming school to learn to swim.

However, if you want to prepare yourself for fast progress in your first lessons, we have a number of exercises for you that you can do in an controlled environment, such as a supervised pool for example.

We will show you basic skills and confidence builders that will help you learn faster and lose the fear of the “unknown” factors for successful first swimming lessons!

Chose any distance you want to train – we mix and match suitable exercises for distances that suit your endurance and available time.

We recommend you start this module with a kickboard-assisted training. This helps isolating movements and gets you to perfection faster than without. Continue with mixed trainings until you feel ready to do unaided lessons.

At the bottom of any module you may find a number of exercises that let you check on your personal competency regarding this module. If you can master these exercises, you are ready to progress to the next module. Also, you can check off this module in your progression chart.
