I want to use swimming as an additional sport to my main sports activity. How much swimming should I do?

We would recommend to go for a swim training once a week or biweekly in order to profit best when using swimming as secondary sport. Depending on your primary sport you could use swimming in order to build up stamina, to get better at endurance or to gain muscle mass – it all depends on your goals.
